LED Torch Light

Turns your device into a torch, which is great for finding things in the dark!

If your device doesn't have a flash light it brightens and turns the screen white.

It also has a strobe feature, which is great for a mini disco, and traffic light with working sequence - just for fun!

Demo Video

Here is a video of LED Torch Light running:

Torch Mode

To turn the torch on press the power button on the torch handle. This will make the power button illuminate and light come out of the torch on screen (when using camera flash only). It will also either turn on the camera flash or make the screen go white.

Tip: If the screen turned white and you have a camera flash it might not be enabled. Press the Menu button and then Settings to open the settings screen. Locate and make sure Enable Camera Flash is enabled (has a check in the box).

To turn the torch off press the power button again, or if the screen is white just press anywhere on screen. The power button's light and light from the end of the torch will go out. Or if the screen was all white it will go back to normal.

Note: While this app is being used the screen will stay on. This may drain your device's battery if left on for long periods of time. The purpose of the screen staying on is so that the torch light remains on, as it might very well turn off if the screen goes off.

Strobe Mode

LED Torch Light has a strobe feature that turns the camera flash in to a strobe light. When enabled, and the power button on the torch is pressed, the camera flash flashes at a constant rate.

To enable the strobe effect press the Menu button and then Settings to open the settings screen. Locate and enable the Enable Strobe option (has a check in the box).

Enabling this option also enables two further options:

• Flash Frequency

This option allows you to adjust the amount of time between the strobe flashes. The adjustment is in bpm (beats per minute). Making the value higher will shorten the time between the flashes (flashes more often).

• Flash On Time

This option allows you to adjust the amount of time the flash is on for. The adjustment is in milliseconds (1000 = 1 second). Lowering the value will make the flash stay on for a shorter time, raising will make the flash stay on for longer.

Note: If your device does not have a camera flash, or if the Enable Camera Flash is disabled, the screen will flash white in line with the strobe settings.

Traffic Light

LED Torch Light also has a traffic light feature, just for fun!

Traffic Light

The traffic light has red, amber, and green lights that run, in a loop, in the following sequence:

To open the traffic light press the Menu button and then Traffic Light, which will display the traffic lights. Start the traffic light sequence by pressing anywhere on the traffic light. To stop the sequence press anywhere on the traffic light.

Note: While the traffic light is on the screen will get brighter and remain on. This may drain your device's battery if left on for long periods of time.
